Pink rollers for women’s cancer

Conveyor parts and maintenance firm Rema Tip Top Industry Australia will manufacture pink rollers for a month to help raise awareness of breast and gynaecological cancer.

Customers ordering rollers in August, scheduled for delivery in October, will have the option to have them painted pink to help raise funds and awareness for the women’s cancers.

The initiative is in partnership with RKM rollers and Pink Ribbon.

“This October we’re supporting something new and innovative to help create awareness of breast and gynaecological cancer and its impact on people in our community,” a representative told ABHR.

“Sadly, around 12 Australian women will die each day from a women’s cancer.

“We will be making a donation to Cancer Council, and encourage you to also offer your support. When you make a Pink Roller order, our team will provide you an information kit to hold your own Pink Ribbon Event, and a link so you can make an additional donation to this worthy cause.”

The company has also set up a fundraising page on the Cancer Council website.
